Ingredients
- 8 Highveld Portabellini Mushrooms
- Olive oil if grilling
- 12 Cherry or Rosa tomatoes
- Ina Paarman’s garlic pepper seasoning
Directions
- Alternate the tomatoes and Portabellini mushrooms onto four kebab sticks
- Brush lightly with olive oil if grilling and sprinkle with seasoning
- Either grill or pan-fry according to your preference
